Abstract

Labia hypertrophy is a completely normal condition, six out of ten patients have labia minora hypertrophy, but not all are surgical, it is related to hormonal factors, trauma, and hereditary factors, however, a large percentage is of unknown cause. In the present case, the labia minora labiaplasty with diode laser applied to an adolescent is briefly described.
