Brazilian Gas Network Computational Model for Reliability Analysis

Abstract

This paper presents a discussion of the alternatives and strategies used in the thermo-hydraulic simulation of the Brazilian gas pipeline network. It analyses the advantages and disadvantages of each approach and the option used in order to meet the demands of the overall reliability analysis developed by the Gas Reliability Management Sector of PETROBRAS.Copyright © 2010 by ASME
