Qiaoyang Li  received a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from the Xi'an Research Institute of High-Tech in 2019 and currently studies for a master's degree in management science and engineering from the Xi'an Research Institute of High-Tech, Xi'an, China, mainly engaged in national defense engineering and project management.
