Dr. Flores-Herrera received his Doctorate degree from the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico. He is an associate professor at the Research Department of the National Polytechnic Institute. He has participated in proyects and research in the areas of Mechanical design, Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) and computer simulation.
