Jaime Jesús Delgado  received his engineering degree in electronics and telecommunications from the Technological University of Panama (UTP), Panama, in 2014. In 2017, he completed an MBA with a specialization in finance from the Interamerican University of Panama. In 2021, Jaime obtained a master's degree in engineering with a specialization in electrical power from the Technological University of Panama (UTP), Panama.
