Kyle Patrick De Guzman is a dedicated graduate student currently pursuing an M.A. in Communication at Far Eastern University - Manila. His leadership abilities shine as he serves as the Vice-President for Student Affairs within the FEU Graduate Studies Student Council. His current research focuses on Multimodal Critical Discourse Analysis, specifically looking at Queer Representation in Sari-Sari Story Online Comics. His research interests are diverse, covering Gendered Spaces, LGBTQIA+ representations in various media and literature, Spatial Studies, and Development Communication Studies. Beyond academics, he advocates for Disability and Queer Inclusive Spaces and Representations and Green Spaces. He channels his passion through his research work, content writing, and speaking engagements, aiming to create positive change in the system of society. Additionally, Kyle offers his expertise in script consultancy for short films, research and content writing, and integrated marketing communications, showcasing his versatility and making a significant impact in both academic and professional realms.
