• Project Engineer

  • To manage different aspects of the project like Estimation, Scheduling, Prepare Submittals, Monitor and Supervise Subcontractor work and attend Project meetings.
  • Review various preliminary Engineering Drawings like Architecture and Structural drawings, RFP’s, Specifications of the project to gather information, and visit the site to determine the scope of work, identify risk and opportunities, and prepare project estimate by using Bluebeam software and prepare proposal.
  • Prepare job budget, project schedules, material, and equipment requirement, calculate the manpower and crew requirement, go to pre-construction meetings.
  • Prepare submittals as per requirements as per the requirement mentioned in specification to complete the work items.
  • Supervise subcontractors’ daily construction activity to ensure they meet all the architectural engineering requirements, technical coordinating, analyze the construction report, attend meetings, and meet the design code and safety requirement as per the DOT.
  • Monitor safety and quality of the project, reporting project delays and problems to higher authority and resolve in best interest.
  • Be responsible as a primary contact person between architect and federal agency and attend regular construction and engineer meeting to resolve technical issues in contractor, engineering and project management.
  • Perform all responsibilities as assigned by the project manager.

   

• Civil Engineer Estimator

  • Review architecture, structural drawings, and specifications to identify scope of work and create estimates for the commercial and industrial projects.
  • Perform takeoff by using Bluebeam software for cost estimation as per the scope of work and clients’ requirements to provide proposals.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager during project progress for scheduling, cost control and resources management.
  • Attend pre-construction meetings and prepare documents such as insurance, submittals, material samples, materials schedule, safety data sheet and shop drawings to get approval on it.
  • Examine construction reports, attend project meetings, and manage material on the job site.
  • Oversee filed staff and discuss with project personnel to provide technical assistance to resolve problems.

• Project Controls Specialist

  • To create a master project schedule, track critical activities and change the critical path impacting the project progress.
  • Provide information on the delays and solved by industry accepted methodologies.
  • Strategize ways to negotiate claims and provide technical support for claim litigation.
  • Coordinate with the construction Manager to establish project objectives and monitor compliance to city codes and specifications.
  • Provide quality engineering report, calculation and cost estimating using PlanGrid and On-Screen Takeoff software.
  • Oversee performance of subcontractors to make sure the work is being done by drawings and specifications.
  • Responsible for administration of construction control and obtain permits.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Manager regarding project progress and provide necessary assistance.
  • Generate project reporting through Procore, Contract Manger and eBuilder software.
